By creating sculptural artworks which encompass both construction and destruction, I reveal the outcome of juxtaposing these two themes. Often inspired by the area where I live, I abstract the architecture and matter of urban life. By using ordinary industrial materials and processes, I give my subject a presence which is not usually acknowledged in everyday scenarios.
