My name is Tara and I am a recent graduate from Limerick School of Art and Design leaving the studio with a first class honours in Graphic Design Communication. I am interested in typography as a voice of expression and creative photography and I hope to explore more branding and editorial work as I step into the design industry.
In my final year at LSAD, I created an editorial piece exploring synaesthesia which is a trait causing the linking of the senses. Through creative photography and experimental typography, I illustrated this intriguing trait that allows some people to see shapes in music or taste flavours when they hear sounds. It was an interesting topic that I thoroughly enjoyed exploring.
