I grew up spending my Summer holidays working in my grandparents bar and shop, on a small island off the coast of Donegal, where I would get to know the locals and vacationers - that's probably what has driven my fascination with unique characters, and influenced my decision to pursue animation.My final year project was inspired by my love of fantasy, my grandfather, and the many sheep farmers that I've come to know. What was originally a nine minute animatic, was shortened down into an animated trailer, taking inspiration from shows like 'Hilda' and 'Owl House'.
