Hand built stoneware ceramic forms with detailed and delicate glazing. Inspired by life cycles in nature and the similarities and comparisons found in both plant and tool forms, the work is derived from morphing elements of these forms.This idea, enhanced by the choice of surface treatments, reflects the cyclical parallels found in plant lichens and metallic rusts, referencing decay and renewal.
