This work employs a sculptural approach that reflects on the nature of photography and representation. Constructed spatial forms are brought into optical and photographic processes that reveal the translation of a three-dimensional object into a two-dimensional representation. In doing so, the work reveals what is lost and gained in the photographical image making process.
