'Gather the Bones' invites us to bear witness to the pain and subsequent journey towards healing that unfolds when individuals embrace transformation. Within a forest, where childhood memories whisper, and women reconnect with the suppressed parts of themselves, this collaborative work explores the connection that women have to a bronze age landscape. This is the shadow part of my childhood abuse, these women enact my waking dreams. I am a UK based photographer and a recipient of Portrait of Britain in 2019 and 2023 by the British Journal of Photography. Commissioned twice by Arts Council England, my recent portraits were featured in The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Observer, Vogue, and BBC News.
