I am a visual artist, from Charlestown, Co Mayo. I work in mixed media with particular focus on painting, assemblage and Installation. My installations are mixed media and I have a preference for reusing and repurposing materials to use in projects where possible. My interests are in human perception, artificial and natural systems and the construct of time. My practice is research based and I examine how we see, hear, feel and react to all kinds of internal or external stimuli with reference to the many changing personal, social, cultural, political, natural and artificial systems, that are constantly shifting, and intertwining in the world today.
