I work mainly in costume design, illustration, and art department for stage and screen. All my designs are backed by intense research, followed by illustration until I finally move on to sourcing fabrics and the make. Colour is very important in my work, as I always try and use a colour scheme that relates to the character or the mood of the film/ show I am designing for. I am excited by the process of reading a text and finding the character coming to life throughout the process up until the final piece.
