In directing and producing "The Old Barracks: A Coffee Story," my vision was to explore the process of making coffee through the people at the Old Barracks. The Old Barracks Coffee Roastery is not just a place where coffee is roasted; it is where passion, craftsmanship, and global interconnections come together to redefine the art of coffee making. This Documentary discus’s sourcing, roasting, trade with farmers and the cost of coffee moving forward. Aiming to leave viewers enlightened about the intricacies of coffee making, more appreciative of every sip, and inspired by the people who make it all possible.
