In my work I try to express the connection between significant events in life and the everyday. This can be any event, from a change in situation, to an event like a death or a loss, or a joyous occasion like a wedding or a birth. My work is mostly done in weave, either on a loom or a frame. This is to signify how our lives intertwine with the events that shape and influence us.
