My practice is an investigation of the significance of intimacy and touch in our lives. I delve into the intricate layers of human connection, exploring the essential need for tactile experiences and the profound impact they have on our well-being. In a world where physical distancing and virtual interactions increasingly dominate our engagements, I am drawn to unravelling the complexities of touch deprivation and its consequences on our mental, emotional, and physical health. Ultimately, my practice is a tribute to our innate yearning for connection and how we often disregard touch as an essential need. Touch is our first language, necessary for our physical and emotional health. It connects us, communicates care, and fosters trust and empathy. Each creation is filled with a strong sense of longing, a whisper of desire for the warmth of another's touch and a soothing sense of care. I seek to illuminate the life-changing power of intimate encounters, celebrating the beauty and fragility of human connection.Through my work, I aim to spark conversations about the importance of nurturing meaningful relationships and encourage a deeper appreciation for the powerful impact of touch on our lives. Through tactile sculptures, evocative videos and immersive installations, I invite viewers to immerse themselves in the tender embrace of a shared moment and to ask themselves what intimacy means to them
