Intention and chance, frames within frames, a sensitivity to place
The work aims to investigate what constitutes a painting exposing the accidental and intentional painterly gestures and frames of the every day. This curiosity motivates the collecting and making of artefacts which speak to this question, to create installations as an act of drawing in space.
