As an artist, my work explores the human perception through aunique blend of oils and collage. My art revolves around metaphysical ideas, intertwining physical landscapes with abstract, fragmented elements to challenge viewers' perceptions. The aim is to depict subjects in a fragmented manner, mirroring the chaotic nature of our thoughts and minds. Recently, I have focused on the interplay between digital and physical realities, highlighting how modern consciousness is shaped by digital influences. In my studio practice, I use oils and collage to merge traditional painting methods with contemporary themes. My landscapes, characterised by unfinished edges and solid brushstrokes, build up thin layers of oil paint, allowing initial layers to subtly emerge.I deliberately leave canvas edges unfinished this disrupts traditional boundaries and pushes viewers to engage with the continuous process of my paintings.
