I come from a family of collectors and like them I am a collector of old, eccentric items. I have always been interested in my family’s history, and with so much consistent documenting of family life, I've been able to make a comment on how my family lived its life. I combine traditional methods of photography with modern embroidery software recreating these moments as a piece of textile art.
