Raised on a diet of fantasy films and fairytale books, my creative work can be described as whimsical with a sense of tenderness. I'm inspired by narratives that celebrate the simple pleasures of living. I create work that is rich with feeling, imbued with a dreaminess that I strive towards in daily life. My co-directed thesis film navigates the arrival of a young newcomer to a city full of hustle and bustle as she tries to find her way towards her new life. Finding herself overwhelmed with the unknown, an unexpected character comes to help, along with a few others.
