Drawing inspiration from the rich cultural and material histories of urban and rurallandscapes, my practice focuses on themes of public space, community and the commons. Through the transmutation of natural and repurposed materials, I seek to forge connections with the land and its people, exploring materials and their life cycles whilst striving to honour their cultural impact and inherent qualities. This artistic ethos is combined with a growing fascination for third places and the deterioration of spaces for communing, especially within an urban context.
