Hi, my name is Moezee. I've spent the past few years trying to learn and expand my practice in painting and creating art. I mainly work with acrylic paint and sometimes draw too. I have always been somewhat inspired by pop art to some extent. I always liked paintings with strong, bright colour palettes along with defined shapes and lines. This had lead me to experiment with acrylic paint these past fews to try and see if I could create my own approach to painting / pop art. The content of my paintings these past few years has mainly been focused on things that I am interested in, such as figures in music, film stills and sometimes my own personal photography. A lot of my work featured below was made during the first year of my MFA. I still feel like I have a lot to learn and hope to continue expanding my practice over these next few years.
