I work mainly with oil paint and the creation process for me begins with photographic references taken from the forests and untamed vegetation surrounding the area of the Slieve Aughty Mountain range. As an artist who grew up in the West of Ireland, my current work is inspired by the raw wilderness of the Irish landscape and the natural world. Each painting is a swarm of colour and release.
