Everything I do originates in the real world, not limited to object or places but pretty much anything. I try to come up with different sources for images, different shapes and planes of perspective. The space between, the light behind. I might start drawing an object and try to get something that works. The act of painting, and the end result, tend to take over from what is depicted.
