The Kilbaha Gallery, Loop Head, present a summer exhibition of work by Seamus Connolly and other local artists. Working in the remote bronze foundry, established by his father in the 1970s, Connolly has become known for his sculptures of well-known figures. While these form the main part of his work, he also produces smaller, more abstract pieces of sculpture, inspired by the natural world. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way, the Kilbaha Gallery promotes the work of artists working in the vicinity, including Adam Pomeroy, Carmel Madigan, Ruth Wood and Mark Eldred.
