To mark the artist John Vallely’s eightieth birthday, and over sixty years of creating art, a major retrospective of his work is showing across three venues in Armagh: the Market Place Gallery, the Archbishop’s Palace, and Benburb Priory. The exhibitions revisit old drawings and paintings, as well as showcasing recent work. Drawing on rich subject matter, including music, sport, mythology and history, the exhibition also shows Vallely’s collection of religious works.
