Kathrine Geoghegan’s ‘Bogland’ at the Irish Georgian Society’s City Assembly House explores Ireland’s peatlands through their plantlife, as imagined from the perspective of an insect. With paintings of sphagnum moss, carnivorous native plants and invasive species, this body of work highlights the importance of this habitat for wildlife and its role in the fight against climate change.
