Liing Heaney’s debut exhibition at the Mermaid Arts Centre, Bray, ‘World Without End’, uses a blend of digital imaging and scanning methods to propose a microcosmic exploration of technological integration in the natural world. Combining 3D renders and 3D-printed sculptures with lo-fi electronics and small-scale CGI, the artist speculates on the potential for growth and life in a digital space, drawing on her research in the native oak forest at Tomnafinnoge Woods.
