Maggie Morrison’s paintings at the Linenhall Arts Centre, Castlebar hark back to a theme she began working on thirty years ago. Drawing on Tennyson’s poem ‘The Lotos-Eaters’, cycles of nature, growth and decay and memories of her family’s gardens and farms, Morrison’s work reflects the wonders of the natural world.
