At The People’s Museum of Limerick, Eilís Walsh, Maria McSweeney and Julie McLoughlin present ‘The Night Doesn’t Belong to Us’, a photographic exhibition that highlights the issues of women’s safety in Limerick after dark. For the project, the artists worked with a group of women, visiting areas of the city deemed unsafe, and took portraits in daylight and after dark.
