In ‘The Gardener Digs’ at The Dock, Carrick-on-Shannon, Laura McMorrow presents her research into gardens and gardening in a series of small-scale paintings. Drawing on found imagery of gardens, landscapes, topiary, plants and people in gardens and green spaces, the artist highlights the garden as a space of sanctuary and refuge.
