At the Market Place Theatre Martin Nangle contributes work to ‘The Citizens Wallpaper’, an ongoing journalism and photojournalism project which aims to create a visual representation of different traditions and cultures. Titled ‘Divided Cities’, Nangle’s contribution focuses on life in four cities that have been divided through segregation or security barriers: Belfast, Berlin, Jerusalem and Nicosia. An award-winning photojournalist, Nangle has covered key stories in recent history, including the Northern Ireland conflict, the fall of the Berlin Wall, and secessionist wars in Yugoslavia.
