The Market Place Theatre and Arts Centre opens its summer schedule with Tracey McVerry’s ‘Whispers at Dawn, Dancing at Dusk’, an exhibition of kiln-formed glass inspired by a legacy of storytelling and memory. In ‘Along the Loanin’, artist, wordsmith and photographer Caóilfíonn Murphy O’Hanlon finds beauty in her homeplace, while Vikkie Patterson presents oil paintings that reflect on the upheaval of recent times. Nigel Swann, in ‘The Yellow Star Houses of Budapest’, explores an overlooked chapter in Hungarian history.
