‘Portals’, a group exhibition featuring work by Bassam Issa Al-Sabah, Ann Maria Healy, Jennifer Mehigan, Daire O’Shea, Eleanor McCaughey and Lucy Sheridan is at the Luan Gallery. Delving into playful dream worlds and fictional landscapes, the artists use sculpture, installation, film, mixed-media and paint to address how technology, along with dreams and fantasy, can provide us with portals of escape from the realities of both our inner worlds and the outer world.
