A retrospective of Graham Gingles’ work, ‘Theatre of Secrets’ features at the FE McWilliam Gallery. Gingles’ hand-made constructions are contained within vitrines or architectural boxes; close examination reveals tableaus representing the artist’s mediations on love, sex, conflict, and death. The exhibition includes Gingles’ boxes from the 1960s.
