Following in the tradition of fictional, mysterious islands that appear and disappear on the horizon, artist Rosie McGurran has created an imaginative space in ‘Pantomime Island’, her exhibition at the ArtisAnn Gallery. Born in Belfast and based in Roundstone, Connemara, McGurran runs an annual island residency, the Inishlacken Project, for international artists.
