‘Wandering Things’ by Susan Connolly is an exhibition in response to the building that houses the Kunsthaus Dahlem, originally designed as an artist’s studio. Connolly uses paint to explore site and space that goes beyond the canvas support. She builds the thickness layer by layer and then peels the paint off again, resulting in a skin of paint that is detached from the surface on to which it was applied.
