Maud Cotter’s ‘a consequence of – a breather of air’ shows in three galleries of the Dock in the second iteration of a body of work developed over three years for three venues: the Limerick City Gallery of Art last year; the Dock in the autumn; and Dublin City Gallery, The Hugh Lane in 2020. Cotter’s evolving body of work plays with scale and balance using everyday materials – cascading plastics, paint and extruded metals.
