At the Glucksman, ‘Labour of Love: Economies of Care in Contemporary Art’ presents work by Irish and international artists who explore the responsibility and reality of labour in contemporary society. They consider how the burden of unpaid and low-paid work might be made visible through art, focusing attention on work and services that are often overlooked, undervalued and hidden from public view. Exhibiting artists include Maarten Baas, Colin Crotty, Viola Fátyol, John Halpin, Mikhail Karikis, Danica Knezevic and Caroline Walker.
