‘VII dTonn / VII Waves’ by Erlend Brown and Dave Jackson at An Gailearaí, Gaoth Dobhair is a series of seven wave-shaped canvases inspired by Tryst on Egilsay, a poem cycle by George Mackay Brown. The artists use both sides of the canvas, with semi-transparent Japanese paper reproducing the text. A soundscape by Donegal composer Paul Harrigan accompanies the work.
