Stéphanie Rollin and David Brognon’s ‘Templates of Chance’ at Rua Red, Tallaght concerns people who exist on the fringes of society. The collaborative duo have worked with community support centres for addiction and recovery in Tallaght. Since 2006, the Paris/Luxembourg-based team have been creating monuments to people who have fallen by the wayside through addiction and melancholy.
