The National Gallery of Ireland presents ‘Mainie Jellett and Evie Hone – the Art of Friendship’, a show dedicated to the pioneering Irish Modernists that brings together ninety examples of their work. It explores their friendship and experiences they shared while studying in Paris during the early 1920s, and traces their careers back to Ireland. The exhibition features paintings, stained glass and preparatory drawings.
