‘Tumbling Earth’ at the Kevin Kavanagh Gallery features paintings by Deirdre Frost of buildings and plants in her local environment. The buildings have been reduced to their essential shapes and are reminiscent of wooden architectural maquettes. Some of the works feature painted borders that reference television monitors and create a sense of distance between the viewer and the painting.
