An exhibition of work by Patrick Hall, Mary Ronayne and Anishta Chooramun at The Dock, Carrick-on-Shannon, explores themes around human psyche, domestic life and contemporary identity. Hall delves into the parameters of the human mind and the imagination; while Ronayne, whose work is greatly influenced by her interest in literature, mines Renaissance to 20th-century imagery, exploring the domestic, the mundane and the decorative. In contrast, Chooramun’s sculptural work (for which she was awarded the 2018 RHA Graduate Studio Award) focuses on displacement and identity.
