Michelle Boyle’s exhibition ‘The Clothes on our Backs’ is at the Jehangir Art Gallery in Mumbai. Boyle’s figurative drawings and paintings include depictions of family members alongside anonymous figures from media images. Inspired by the artist’s Irish–Indian heritage, this exhibition is part of a larger exploration of inherited memory and identity.
