This year’s PhotoIreland Festival includes group exhibtions at Rathfarnham Castle and at the Library Project in Temple Bar. With food as its theme ‘Bite the Hand that Feeds You’ exams subjects such as colonialism, hunger, technology, and sustainability. Also at the castle, ‘Milky Way’, by Hertta Kiiski, with a response by Róisín White, is an installation and performance aimed at young audiences and investigates the empathy, ethics, co-existence, and companionship between human-beings and non-human nature.
