Work by printmaker David Lilburn has been selected for the International Print Triennial in Krakow and also for the 120th Biennale International d’Estampe Contemporaine in Quebec. Map-making is a key part of Lilburn’s printmaking practice. ‘North South East West’ comprises of intaglio prints that consider two of Europe’s borders: between Poland and Belarus (East-West) and the Mediterranean Sea (North-South).
