Mick O’Hara’s exhibition, ‘The Proposition of Objects’, at the Roscommon Arts Centre, explores how objects and words are interrelated. Drawing on the ideas of Austrian philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein, O’Hara takes the model of an engine Wittgenstein designed and built and reimagines it in film as a digital model, existing between language and word, yet materialised as computer code.
