The Asylum Archive at Source Arts Centre is an art, activists and academic platform that explores the idea and reality of the Direct Provision system in Ireland. The artist, Vukašin Nedeljkovic, draws attention to the confinement and incarceration of asylum seekers in Ireland, creating a memory link with historic carceral sites such as Magdalene laundries, industrial schools, and mother and baby homes. Nedeljkovic is a graduate of the Academy of Arts, Belgrade and the Dún Laoghaire College of Art.
