Drawing on over a decade of image-making and research on themes of protest and urban space, Joy Gerrard exhibits a selection of working drawings, collages and print assemblages in ‘Testing/testing’ at the Source Arts Centre. The pieces illustrate how her large-scale works are developed from drawings and plans and include recent explorations of climate change, Brexit, Black Lives Matter and equality protest movements.
