Mary Wallace exhibits paintings at the Clayton Whites Hotel during the Wexford Festival Opera. Drawing on the traditional shape and form of moon jars, and the practice of kintsugi (the repair of cracks and breaks on ceramics with gold), Wallace’s work has expanded in scale, and she uses vibrant colours suspended in beeswax, paired with opulent gilding.
