Art in the Open, Europe’s largest plein air painting festival, returns to Wexford town with a programme of daily paint-outs, workshops, art presentations, social gatherings and a gala exhibition at the Green Acres Gallery. Painting excursions take in Wexford, Carlow and Waterford, and this programme offers the opportunity to meet artists from around the world.
