The Avoca Studio Gallery hosts an exhibition by Rod Coyne entitled ‘A Hunger for Painting’. Chronicling the artist’s journey from studio painter to en plein air enthusiast, it highlights four distinct phases of his oeuvre, tied together by his consistent focus on the Irish landscape. The show is open on Saturday and Sunday, 2pm–5.30pm, or by appointment.
